What will I get?

With the mindset and food subscription every two weeks you will receive:

  • A hypnotherapy recording with my voice that will help change your mindset towards food for the better!
  • My top tips for helping you to change your mindset.
  • An activity to complete, either printable or paperless that will help you to change your mindset and start losing weight.

You will also be included in a supportive group with people who are also on the subscription, allowing you to ask questions to those going through the same process and experience. I also pop in the group regularly so you can ask me questions and so I can find out how things are going for each of you.
